Website requests and infrastructure

SeerTrend serves static pages and a same-origin calendar JSON file using cPanel hosting and Cloudflare. These providers may process IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, browser information and security logs to deliver the site, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. Provider-managed log retention is governed by their settings and policies; we do not claim that connection data is absent or immediately deleted.

The public Astro app has no user accounts, advertising scripts or broker integrations. Optional Google Analytics 4 is described below. Official calendar sources are fetched by the server-side collector. Your browser does not contact those publishers until you follow a source link; the destination has its own privacy policy.

Storage on your device

The calendar remembers your selected IANA timezone under the localStorage key seertrend.timezone. This preference stays in your browser until you clear site data. No location permission or geolocation request is used; the initial timezone comes from the browser. The game stores no progress or score. If storage is blocked, the calendar still works. Infrastructure and the separate WordPress administration may use security or session cookies.

Your optional analytics choice is stored locally under seertrend.analytics-consent.v1 for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google may set first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies configured to expire after 180 days without renewal on each page load. These cookies distinguish browsers and sessions; they are not your name or an account login.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits, calendar filter use, clicks to official publishers and starts/completions of synthetic practice. Google receives usage events, the clean page address and title, a referring site origin, cookie identifiers and technical information such as browser/device details. Network delivery also exposes your IP address to Google; this is not anonymous or zero-data processing.

Google tags load only after you choose Allow analytics. Before that choice or after Reject analytics, no Google tag is loaded and we do not send analytics events. We use your consent for this optional measurement. The website remains usable without analytics. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable our analytics.

We do not send contact messages, email addresses, account identifiers, trading records, arbitrary URL query parameters or fragments. Enhanced measurement, Google signals, advertising personalization and user-provided data collection are off; no Google Ads account is linked. Our custom events use limited categories, not free text or game scores.

Use Privacy choices in the footer to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops measurement, removes accessible GA cookies for this site and reloads the page without the tag; it does not erase data already sent. You can also clear browser site data or contact SeerTrend with privacy questions. If local storage is unavailable, choices apply to the current page and may be requested again.

Google processes analytics data on its infrastructure and may process it outside your country. User/event-level retention is set to two months, with reset on new activity disabled; standard aggregated reports may be retained differently. If you email SeerTrend, your email address and message are processed by the hosting email service to answer your request, investigate corrections or resolve operational issues. Send only information needed for your question. We do not sell contact messages or use them for advertising.

Use the contact email below to ask about information in your messages or request correction or deletion. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and may retain records needed to resolve a dispute or meet an applicable obligation. Available legal rights depend on applicable law. Clear browser site data yourself to remove the locally stored timezone.

Policy changes

This notice will be updated before introducing accounts, advertising or other processing that changes the website’s behavior. The revision date appears above. SeerTrend does not claim universal legal compliance or a registered-company status.
